The customisation options allow you to change the colours used within the invoice email, add your logo to the top of the email, and select which payment buttons are to be used within the invoice.
Each invoice can be in one of several different states; depending on conditions such as if it has been paid or not, is overdue, is eligible for an early payment discount, or has been cancelled.
The ‘Pay Now’ button used within the invoice email will update according to the invoices current status without you having to resend the invoice. For example, once the invoice has been paid the button will change from ‘Pay Now’ to ‘Paid’. This update will still occur even if the invoice has been forwarded on to other people.
